OUR ROOMS

Everyone needs a retreat once in a while, a time to get away from the cares and stresses of daily life. A place where nothing is required except for you to breathe, relax and be. 

Our rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children below 9 years old. Additional children below 9 years old will be charged a fee of Php 500 (nett) without breakfast. Guests in excess of two and above 9 years old will be charged Php 1,250 per head (nett) which incudes breakfast.

All rooms are air conditioned with hot and cold shower, cable TV and a choice between king-sized or twin beds. Amenities such as shampoo and soap, bath and hand towels are provided. Guests are served Good Night Tea before they turn in, and each room comes with breakfast for two in the morning.

 

Internet Advisory We encourage you to unplug from your daily grind and immerse in a haven of peace and tranquility in T House Tagaytay. The possibilities are endless: curl up with a book under the langka trees, treat your weary bones to a massage or sip our signature tarragon tea while listening to the birds chirp. However should you require internet access, WiFi is available in the Reception and Restaurant areas.

Early check-in of up to 4 hours before is subject to room availability and a fee of Php 1,200 (nett). 

Senior discount will be applied once a government issued ID is presented. The senior applying for discount must the one staying in the room. Booking for other family members where the senior is not present will not be extended the discount.

Rebooking Policy: Sometimes unexpected things can happen. When it does, a free, one-time rebooking can be accommodated subject to room availability.  

Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that cancellations more than 7 days prior the expected arrival date will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  Cancellations less than 7 days before the expected arrival date will be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee. We seek your understanding on this matter since we are a small, family-run bed and breakfast.  

Pet Policy: T House Tagaytay recognizes the ever growing needs for pet friendly accommodations. We strive to offer our guests and their furry friends a comfortable stay.

We happily accept small (under 22 lbs.) well-mannered pets under the following conditions:

 

  1. When making your reservation, please inform us if you have specific pet related questions and to guarantee availability of a pet friendly room.

  2. We welcome one (1) small pet to check-in with his/her family.

  3. Upon arrival, please inform us if your pet will be joining you. We want to ensure a comfortable stay for all – including your pet!

    • A “guest pet responsibility” agreement will be required at check in.

    • A non-refundable fee of Php 750.00/night will be charged.

    • Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccination are up to date must be available upon request

  4. Guests are responsible for any damages to the room and its contents. In the unlikely event that extensive cleaning and/or repair is necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, the guest may be charged additional fees starting from Php350.00.

  5. Your pet may be left unattended in the room, however, the pet must be inside a crate or pet carrier while unattended.

  6. Your pet must be in controllable leash at all times when outside the room.

  7. Guests must be in full control of their pets and should be conscious not to bother other guests with excessive barking, non-friendly manner, etc.

  8. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our common areas such as the lobby, sitting room, dining room, spa,  pool and pool area. We welcome pets in the courtyard, rock garden in pavilion, parking and parking hallway.

  9. T House is not responsible for any loss, damage or illness to pets.

  10. As a responsible pet owner, please clean up after your pets. Any fouling in bedrooms, public areas and grounds must be cleaned up immediately.

  11. Although we love pets, T House staff is not responsible for the care and cleaning up and after of pets.
